Was very welcoming, understanding and took there time with me and my children. Would recommend to anyone. Hometown always takes good care of us.

They tried to charge me $40 copay when we had met our out of pocket maximum for the year. Refused to believe me. They either need an upgraded computer system or file everything to insurance first. This has always been our urgent care - not anymore. They put money above patients.
