Makes promises doesn’t keep them.!!! I’m sure he’s a great Dock builder if you want a large pier, but if you want a small pier/Dock, he’s not interested and they’re not man enough to say the job is too small. We’re not interested or we’re too busy to get to you this year….. leave you hanging
