Small town, local PT in the heart of beautiful Ririe Idaho. He knows the right exercises to do based on your needs and is helping my son walk again after his leg surgery. Thanks Chad:)
Dr. Simmons helped me get back my range of motion in my elbow after I broke my arm. He was very knowledgeable in targeting the problem areas that were causing me restrictions and explaining which exercises/stretches would be best for my situation. I thought he gave me good advice on gauging how much I should work to regain function and not overdo it.
