I have to give a bad review because...I had to move suddenly and I had Hometown movers in Bridgeport Ohio pack and move me down to my daughter's which is over 2hrs away. They moved my belongings directly to storage unit and it has been in storage for 9 months. just found a place and got my stuff unpacked, everything was OK except found out my diamond rings are missing out of the ring box I kept them in..the box was there but no rings..storage unit has been locked and I have the keys, and it was never tampered with. the rings... read more

Hometown Movers did an awesome job getting us moved into our new place. We accumulated a lot of stuff over the past several years. Even though we downsized, we still had a lot of boxes as well as large furniture items. We also had a terrible driveway for parking a moving truck. No of these obstacles were an issue for these guys. Live in a house that is basically a duplex, my husband and I lived with my son on the main floor while my father in law lived upstairs. After his arthritis got too bad we needed to move him downstairs. Hometown movers moved everything, including a medical bed a sleigh bed in three hours! Took the utmost care of our things and had such great attention to detail. Will %100 be using them again if we move and truly recommend them to everyone in the area. Absolute professionals!!!
