Will never in my whole life ever send friends or family to the Realtor at all especially the one with the name David I think it is. He's got rental properties also and seems to think that maintenance guys know about rent I guess. I don't know exactly but that's what I have been told. Maintenance guys don't know if rent is fully paid on time from my experience if the tenant pays the landlord directly. That's the way it is with my landlord in Colonie.

Dave and his team are awesome! We bought a house on a VA Loan - Dave was very familiar with the peculiarities & nuances of VA qualification.
