Knowledgeable and responsive
I have not had the pleasure of getting to work with Mike yet, however he is part of a business collaborative that I am part of and is a WEALTH of knowledge when it comes to all things mortgages. Especially with rates not as low as home-buyers would like right now, he has been so helpful to get the best solutions for those that I know who have used him in buying their house. Mike was good enough to help me with a refinance of my residence in 2022. As opposed to traditional lending avenues, Mike was an incredible advocate on my behalf from start to close and made the process quite pleasant. Will be my first call on the next refi and/or purchase.
