My grandmother is a current resident there and we all LOVE it. She has dementia and uses a walker, making it unsafe to live with the family due to us having multiple sets of stairs, but I think she prefers to stay there anyways. She tells me every time I see her, “When I retire (she’s been retired for 10+ years), I think I’m going to move there for good!”.
