We used Dwight's team at Hometown Lenders to purchase our home in 2021. It was 100% their responsibility to make our tax payment BEFORE they sold the loan which they did NOT pay. Sooo.... of course we get a tax penalty from the IRS for non-payment. Dwight's team could care less upon inquiry. Thanks, Dwight.
