This company dropped the ball at the 12th hour, making my wife and I wait for 6+ hours. No communication, was tripping over their feet at the last minute. Very horrible experience, would not recommend at all. Any business that is done with hometown lenders I will not he deal I g with. Not worth the mental hassle. Bad company.
They promised me they’d pay for my appraisal, but they never did. We’re 2 months and counting past closing date, and every time I talk to them I get another excuse about how they’re working on reimbursing me. Don’t do business here, they don’t keep their word and steal your money!
Cody has been a blessing! I can’t tell him thank you enough for getting us through this process so flawlessly. He told me in the beginning that he would help me secure my home and that is exactly what he did. Thank you Cody and HTL!
