Highly recommend! The staff are always friendly, and Dr Otwell is amazing. He listens to you, explains everything throughly, and was even able to work me in when I came in a week early by mistake! I live 2 hours away but gladly make the trip to come here!

I contacted this location because their website advertised ear wax removal services. While the staff member I spoke with was polite and helpful, she informed me that they do not offer ear wax removal after all. However, she kindly provided me with the contact information for a doctor who specializes in the service. I’m giving this experience 3 stars due to the misleading information on their website, which led to some confusion. Please see the attached image for reference.
