Because I cancelled getting the chair I bought from them on Boxing Day. Joe's Wife was very rude to me and told me that I could not ever come back in the store again. just because she lost a sale of $650.00. imagine! She should not be working in the store at all with her awful attitude towards her paying customers. I I was a business owner and would never think to talk to someone like that.
