We bought a brand new sectional with gairdsman warranty. Less then 6 months later the zippers on the cushions broke, they told us that the 1 year manufactured warranty wouldn't cover it because the item we bought was discontinued (which we weren't told at time of purchase) , so the told us to put in a claim with gaurdsman. 4 months later still nothing. Won't be goin back there again. And don't bother with the warranty they sell. Not worth it at all. I feel ripped off

I’m moving up to Kelowna in two months and was taking advantage of the May sale prices here in Chiliwack instead of driving up there to but. The salesman was so acknowledge on their furniture. Spent some time there checking things out and deciding. Plus buying it here, but having it delivered to the Kelowna store and then to my new home without any issues which I greatly appreciate it.
