NEW REVIEW: December 2024 We bought a beautiful bedroom suit, and had it delivered a week later (love this). Vicki was very patient and listened to our request, selling us a solid wood suite made in Canada. Delivery & Install went very smooth and the guys were so polite and got everything in place. My bf and I came into purchase a new dresser. Harman was extremely kind and professional and made the whole process super easy, they have beautiful furniture at great prices! We will be back simply because of Harman’s fantastic customer service!
Went in to browse the store as I had never been there. When a staff member asked if I needed help I said “no I’m ok thanks “ and kept walking around. After a loop of the store nothing caught my eye and I decided to leave. On my way out the door the same sales associate said to me “hope you cheer up today” in a VERY condescending tone. I was not looking for anything particular and did not need someone to walk around the whole store with me.
