These guys are the best! I was renting my condo and my tenant trashed my place and I needed a mattress to sleep on while I was repairing the place. They showed me a variety of mattresses at different prices. Once I picked one they delivered it within a few hours at no charge. They even fixed the bed frame that my tenant had messed up. Friendly people. Great products and service. Highly recommended!
i’ve called them over 5 times about my DEFECTIVE VERY EXPENSIVE KING SIZE MATTRESS! I’ve been CERY NICE! I even bought an expensive frame later, from them, thinking that would fix the BIG PROBLEM! THEY HANG UP ON ME ! They won’t return my calls! NOTHING! The king mattress sags on either side & firm & hump IN THE MIDDLE! You roll from middle to the side! AWFUL! Did i pay $1700. for it???? Maybe they broke it moving it to the house! i ask for help; GET NONE! AWFUL SERVICE!
This guy charged us for a mattress then told us after charging that we would not be getting that mattress. Then proceeded to give us his floor model that was out for whi knows how long, the floor model had threads popping and was not in perfect condition. Also the box spring did not match the mattress it's like he just threw together any old set so he could charge top dollar. The Owner is not very friendly, he is also a liar, charged my mothers card first then goes on to say he “doesn’t have the exact model mattress she wanted” and can’t explain to her in detail what the difference in product was, and shoved her n out the door with a poorly wrapped floor model. He’s a LIAR and not level headed at all, I HIGHLY suggest not wasting your time with this guy, because you will have to deal with him at some point, he won’t let his own staff checkout anyone with credit cards.
