My daughter and I took a drive to Cornish to go to the antique stores, but we didn’t realize they were all closed on a Tuesday. On our way back to the lake, we saw Hometown furnishings and decided to stop in. What a wonderful experience! I felt like I had taken a tour of an antique house. Great hidden gem. They have everything from true antiques to modern refinished furniture, and all sorts of nick nacks and curios in between. But, only visit if you have some time because there are 3 floors to explore.
Hometown is a great spot with solid pricing and a wide selection. It’s not just one store — there are a bunch of different vendors under one roof, each selling curated pieces that all fit a warm, homey vibe.
