I have been a customer since day one. I never hear from them. I still keep some money there but i do most of my banking at Shell fcu

I absolutely love this branch. Celeste is so helpful with all your banking needs. Whether you have an account or your looking for information she really goes above and beyond. I really prefer using this branch to the other one the customer service far exceeds the other branch. The tellers here really try to help you and don't look put out . I also really like the new building it feels so fresh and clean.
Good bank, just kinda backwards when you have to dispute a charge, or if you have to requests a new banking card everything seems to be old school where you have to go in and request.
