I decided to bank at Hometown Bank as the reviews said the customer service is superior. The reviews, at least in my case, are correct. I mostly use the bank for depositing checks, which I do about once a month, but have been very pleased. I'd rate them 5 stars, but online transfers into my account seem to take longer to post than I'd expect.
I have my business accounts here and love dealing with the employees at this branch
