My last two purchases went fine until they started charging my account for their software program. I’ve left numerous calls and emails prior to the charge and after I caught them the other day. This company never answers the phone and doesn’t respond to your emails. Shady business charges. I’ve reported their charges as fraudulent. It has happened twice now so this is not an accident
These awful people stole money from my dad. He’s a self employed contractor, and works very hard to support my sister and I. You’re hurting people. I can’t wait to see you guys go out of business.
Multiple unauthorized charges, non-existent customer service, inaccurate pricing data, and reports that don't come out correctly. The main reason for my 1 star is their customer service in response to my account not being accessible. Then when they tried to restore it I was charged multiple times for the same service. $918,00 for a $54 a month product! I have not received a refund despite being guaranteed I would.
