Thank you for helping me lower my property tax on both property homes. It was a really easy straight forward online process. I've used a couple of the bigger names out there for property tax reduction services with decent results and decided to give Ryan a go as a smaller firm. I was very pleased with the reduction of my appraised value at over $140K and subsequently my tax liability reduction at over $3K. There is no way they achieved that level of reduction without actually putting forth effort. Highly recommend.

I used to spend hours preparing to protest the valuation of my home for tax purposes, only to get there, make my presentation, and the committee pulls a figure out of, who knows where, without any reference to all of my preparation.
