My parents were Resistant to moving into a nursing home and after just 6 weeks now wax lyrical about Seaviews. Mum was VERY much "I'd rather die than move into a nursing home." Now she has shown me around and talked about wonderful food, activities she enjoys (even though when in respite care there she'd not joined in), the care of staff, the walks she enjoys in the area.
