I cannot express enough how good Ed Barbier and his assistant Katelyn are at their jobs. Their professionalism is top knotch…they kept us updated all the way…they answered our calls and texts in a timely manner and answered our questions in a manner in which we understood. It was such a relief to find Kara! From the moment we met until loose ends after closing, she made us feel like she cared and was invested in making our ReFi close. The whole experience was so positive that it never felt like we were processing a loan. Have already recommended Kara to friends and will continue to do so. 5 stars, would close again!
