I was very pleased with Gretchen. She is super helpful in navigating the mortgage process, especially for first time homebuyer. As far as fees go, Homestreet came in lowest of the 3-4 we checked.

Dorothy Lopez-Stevens at home street Bank was very helpful on helping me and my husband getting a loan. She shared all different options we have for down payment assistance and loan options we had. She made the process quick and less stressful.

Dorothy did my loan a few months ago. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure of how the process worked.
