Chris and Shane are amazing! I needed some help that my bank BECU could not help me with and I am seriously considering leaving my current bank just so I can see Chris & Shane again! These guys are extremely personable, kind, and absolutely hilarious so if you’re wanting a more family oriented bank feeling, I highly recommend these two at this location. They are prompt, professional, and so fun to be around!! I will be back again soon. Thank you so much you guys.

Nice branch, staff are just the nails, the bank is the hammer. I have been with HomeStreet for over 10 years - they change policy on overdraft, the see that as a major revenue source. I don't want them to hold my money. There are class action lawsuits about these fees -- like gnats. Otherwise friendly and eager to help... but policy is inconsistent.
