Everyone at that works at this branch is super nice and very professional.
When I first posted I had marked a 5 star review . After several years of doing “business” with this bank I have to leave a new review . My husband is disabled and 98% of the time is unable to pay for anything with this debit cards for several accounts we have. He needs to be able to pay online , I too am not able to but the inconvenience is greater for him as he needs to be able to use online tools. I appreciate this bank and team so very much. They answer the phone directly when you call. They greet you when you come in with a warm welcome. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Mahalo Homestreet crew. You are awesome
I previously left a positive review but unfortunately this bank has not been able to provide basic customer service for the past year. Not sure what happened.
