I hope you never have to call customer service through the main line. My average call time is 2.5 hours and that doesn't mean we have resolved anything. I called customer service today to ask how to fill out my bill pay so i can make an auto payment for my business loan. Total time on the phone today: 2hr 9 mins and I ended up leaving a message for hopefully the right department. As a new customer to Homestreet Bank, I want to recognize & thank Alexis & Tim for a job well done in their Santa Clara branch. I was pressed for time, needed immediate attention and they were fantastic. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly raved about this bank! Their focus on human interaction just brings back good memories of the past. Special shout out to Joanna, she is the manager in this branch. All her staff are friendly and accommodating. Joanna helped us with our banking and HELOC.
