Let me first start by saying that we were completely satisfied and a great customer to this point. We have had hundreds of thousands of dollars go through this bank with our business and the level of disrespect and poor customer service was just unfathomable. We abruptly discovered that our account had been closed with no warning, no email explanation, nothing. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, always talk to you on a personal level and understand your needs, never hidden fees or surprise charges, flexible and easy access to my account anywhere i am, i would recommended to all my family members and close friends, definitely a pleasure to bank with them, always welcoming and greeting us by name, unique staff for making their customers feel home
I absolutely love this bank... The staff are super nice, helpful, and attentive. Everyone there knows us by name and greets us soon as we walk in the door. We have never had any problems at all with the account and services they offer. They fairly new to Spokane and more people should get know about them or consider changing Banks to them if they have had any issue with they're own bank.
