Over the years, changes have been made with no longer allowing customers to overdraft, or no longer being open on a Saturday. (Like most other banks are) Finding it harder and harder to not switch financial institutions everyday. What happened homestreet....
Horrible bank! Stay far away from them if you need a mortgage! They lie steal and cheat!!! Go anywhere else but here!!!
Jared Logan is amazing he helped me very quickly and got everything done that we needed 10/10 recommend very nice guy and very prepared to get the job done !
You have horrible customer service. You don't bother updating your hours on the website to reflect what you actually work, which is not at all. On top of all that you act like people are wasting your time. YOU are here to serve us not the other way around. IF you don't like your job get a new one do not take it out on decent customers. Horrible bank. Thank God the Madison Park location has integrity and are professional! Close Kent down it's useless.
This is an awesome branch! Always great service.
