Called to pay an overdue safe deposit fee by phone, requesting payment to be transfered from my checking. Initially this branch and Wedgwood branch said I would need to come in to pay in person. I was a bit frustrated by this lack of 21st century capability to pay remotely. Nicely complained to the male person that, although I know he doesn't make policy, this was behind the times. I was scammed out of my social security check so i went into my bank to see what if anything could be done. Michael the Manager spent over an hour with me explaining steps to take to secure accounts and even offered to be here if i have any issues in the future. he told me if something sounds like a great deal to give him or his banker Jared a call and both will be happy to help. Thank you to the entire Kent team for always helping me when i need it most!
