I was issued a large settlement check through HomeStreet Bank, which unknown to me, was sent to my previous address and allowed to be Fraudulently cashed. HomeStreet Bank says it's investigating, (Supposedly) for a year an a half since the claim was filed. No response. Unsafe Bank! Horrible costumer service
I have tried and tried to get my dad's funds released I have a notorized paper statement saying I'm unable to locate my sister we are both on the trust they are still refusing to help
