I have tried and tried to get my dad's funds released I have a notorized paper statement saying I'm unable to locate my sister we are both on the trust they are still refusing to help
Homestreet Bank doesn't make it easy for people who work. They aren't open on Saturday's anymore and they are closing earlier. I understand things are difficult right now, but I don't have an opportunity to get to the bank.
Customer service is PERFECT. Staff is VERY knowledgeable on all products banking procedures. Friendly and easy to work with.
