Was great before they merged from Homestreet to Mechanics. Look at recent reviews. It's terrible. Their card chips in cards fail and digital wallet fails in grocerystore line every 3rd time. They cap your zelle unless you speak to a regional manager, their phone center on holidays and weekends lacks any power to make any changes and they charge you for replacement cards whenever their chips in cards fail or the digital wallet fails to communicate with bank.
