I received a panel that was less then 1/4 inch on one side with a picture and was told that it was cut on the dotted line 1/2 inch when obviously it was not! “Sarah” would not apologize or even comment on the picture I sent to her with obvious proof of cut panel. Sorry not too happy.
Great customer service and very helpful! After purchasing the incorrect thread for a small project at a box store I decided to go to Homestead hoping for some advice or the specific thread. After inquiring about the thread one of the employees stated they most likely did not have what I needed but still went out back to look. The very kind woman found a similar short length of thread that she was willing to give me free of charge. Well a huge thank you because that thread and Homestead saved the day and my project!
I looked and it said they were open on Tuesday at 10 AM. I am visiting from out of state (way out of state) drove there and found a note on the door that said they were closed that Tuesday and Wednesday. I don't know if I will make it back there. If people are going to close, they should put it on there webpage so we don't waste an two hours going there.
