We moved my parents to Homestead a couple of months ago. My dad suffers from dementia, and mom couldn’t care for him alone anymore. This week, mom took a fall at Homestead. I quickly got a call, they recommended my mom see a Dr. Mom refused to go. Later in the day, the staff called back to say she was not improving, and she needed to go to the ER.
