My aunt needed to temporarily move to an assisted living facility while she underwent cancer treatments. Homestead of Halstead was amazing! The staff is absolutely wonderful! They take personal interest in their residents and make them feel like family. Though my aunt has moved back to her home she made it a point to tell me that if she ever needs to move to assisted living again this is definitely where she wants to go!
Dad has been at Homestead for one year. It is such a comfort to know that he is loved and cared for. Daughters all live out of state - the staff at Homestead gives us peace of mind.
Outstanding care for my brother. Consistent, compassionate, and caring. He has been at Homestead Halstead since 2013. The communication is outstanding and the teamwork to help my brother obtain his goals has resulted in my brother feeling safe, be at peace and call this place his home. He is in Hospice Care now and they serve him at Halstead Homestead. He did not want to move to another facility. As his guardian, it gives me peace. So blessed to have found this place for my brother.
The facility and staff at HOH are so easy to work with, very patient centered and communicate with families so well.
