We just picked up our friend from this place. He was there to get better after his stroke. They were supposed to be helping him with rehabilitation in walking and they told him he wasn't able to walk because he'd fall, so they just had him sit in his wheel chair with his legs hanging. He's legs are so swollen he was getting pressure ulcers on his legs. Not getting bathed regularly.

Just picked up my long time friend from homestead. I was very very disappointed in his condition. His legs were very swollen, didn't seem to get bathed properly left in his wheelchair all day long. When I called to tell them I was picking him up they threw all his Belongings in a few trash bags didn't put any effort in to get him ready to travel at all. Years ago as a CNA I walked in the doors for a job interview, turned around and walked right back out due to the smell. I've worked in long term care for 25+ years. If you keep your residents clean it shouldn't smell. Just brought a friend home to live with us from here, and he was in horrible condition. Left sitting in his wheel chair 24 hrs a day. Not being bathed properly. His legs and skin were so bad from poor hygiene. No PT was being done so he can barely walk! Do not put your loved ones in this place.

So disappointed in this place, worked here twice both times were not good and I actually loved the work and the residents and they loved me too. My most recent was on January 1 and January 2 and still ain't been paid yet even though just a couple hours I need them have called numerous times still no check not only have they not paid me I haven't received my w2 so frustrating.
