An extremely rare and refreshing experience where we go into a place and were ready to buy more than we needed, in this case a fridge; but Tyler and his friendly staff took the time to get to know our needs and talked us into a fridge that was better suited for our home and was better on our budget. Great experience and we love our new fridge.
Absolutely fantastic experience buying flooring here! Their price was much better than any other store I compared to, they delivered right on time and were very helpful when trying to make decisions on subfloor and square footage. I will plan to use them with all future projects!
Tyler and team are fantastic to work with and made picking out a new appliance extremely easy. They delivered when they said they would (the day after snowmageddon!) which was a total unexpected surprise. Would recommend anyone who is looking for personalized, friendly service to go shop at Homestead. You won't be disappointed.
Great experience here. We dealt with Corina aka 'Cookie' and had a 5 star experience. She was very helpful and found us a home theater seating set that was exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was easy going and stress free. The delivery guys were awesome. Pleasant and polite and cleaned up any mess. We had a couple operational issues with the seating that originated in the factory so no fault of Homestead. Corina arranged the repair guy to come out and within an hour we were good to go. All staff provide excellent customer service each time we walk into Homestead. The delivery men are really great, they deliver within the time frame and are careful with the move, very friendly. We purchased a new washing machine and previously a recliner chair lift as well as have purchased other items in the past. So wonderful having a Homestead to purchase from.
