Great experience here. We dealt with Corina aka 'Cookie' and had a 5 star experience. She was very helpful and found us a home theater seating set that was exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was easy going and stress free. The delivery guys were awesome. Pleasant and polite and cleaned up any mess. We had a couple operational issues with the seating that originated in the factory so no fault of Homestead. Corina arranged the repair guy to come out and within an hour we were good to go. All staff provide excellent customer service each time we walk into Homestead. The delivery men are really great, they deliver within the time frame and are careful with the move, very friendly. We purchased a new washing machine and previously a recliner chair lift as well as have purchased other items in the past. So wonderful having a Homestead to purchase from. A quality appliance will keep you out of a retail appliance showroom for quite some time but when it inevitably forces a serious shop you need in-depth product knowledge and instruction on a variety of much-changed options and models. Happily I found all of that and more in Miranda at Homestead, Port Perry. This wasn't my first rodeo but I can attest that it was the most pleasant and satisfying ever.
