I actually think Homestead furniture is great. However, don't bother purchasing the protection services (Guardian Protection Products) This protection plan isn't worth the paper it's written on. Don't believe me go to the Guardian website and check out the reviews. Homestead should not be using Guardian products. update: talked to homestead about this review and I am now banned from the store .. I've purchased a bunch from this store but never again.
First of all, my purchasing experience was easy and smooth. Good selection and I love my couch, recliner and power recliner. Second, I had some issues with filing a warranty claim for the third party protection plan that I purchased and Cody, at Homestead Furniture went above and beyond to facilitate my claim. We emailed back and forth and he called me back multiple times. Thank you sooooo much for all you did. I would refer anyone I know to HOMESTEAD FURNITURE!
This place is horrible. The place is run by immature children. They are unfriendly and have no business ethics. My opinion is that their parents (the owners) need to be more proactive and go in and school their "kids". They need to learn not to run from their responsibilities to the community.
People were kind and helpful but again a little pricey for the area.
New to town and needed a mattress for a spare bedroom. Decided to shop locally after reading reviews regarding local furniture stores decided to stop by homestead because it was closer. We were warmly greeted as we walked into the store. After looking at various options we discussed our needs and price range.
