I love my new furniture for my new home! The office staff were so helpful and patient with my decision making. The delivery/assembly people were very careful and courteous!
I purchased two of those inexpensive mattress supports from Homestead Furniture's Pahrump store. They were on "sale" for $125.00 each. When they were delivered, I made the mistake of allowing the driver to leave before fully inspecting them. One was fine the other had a large rip in the bottom dust cover, several gouges and holes as well. If that had been all, I probably would have let it go. I actually think Homestead furniture is great. However, don't bother purchasing the protection services (Guardian Protection Products) This protection plan isn't worth the paper it's written on. Don't believe me go to the Guardian website and check out the reviews. Homestead should not be using Guardian products. update: talked to homestead about this review and I am now banned from the store .. I've purchased a bunch from this store but never again.
First of all, my purchasing experience was easy and smooth. Good selection and I love my couch, recliner and power recliner. Second, I had some issues with filing a warranty claim for the third party protection plan that I purchased and Cody, at Homestead Furniture went above and beyond to facilitate my claim. We emailed back and forth and he called me back multiple times. Thank you sooooo much for all you did. I would refer anyone I know to HOMESTEAD FURNITURE!
This place is horrible. The place is run by immature children. They are unfriendly and have no business ethics. My opinion is that their parents (the owners) need to be more proactive and go in and school their "kids". They need to learn not to run from their responsibilities to the community.
