Carers are mostly good, however contact with schedulers and managers is fairly poor. Update 20-01-2024 The service and management are getting worse over the last few weeks. Whilst some individual carers are "Only Following Orders" from above, or from Havering "Adult Social Care", it now feels as though this company are trying to run the lives of Clients, rather than being there to assist !
Overpaid lazy carers don’t do sod all for there money sit down for 2 hours what a joke sit and watch people eat don’t touch them with a barge pole
What filthy run company PLEASE AVOID my sister went into hospital after having this company for years when she was being released from hospital they had no care for her as they had already given her place away what a joke lucky Queens Hospital had it all in hand.
