This is a good assisted living facility. My mother in law has nothing but good things to say about the staff and service.
My father recently moved into Rigden Farm after living in his Fort Collins home for 37 years; quite a transition for him to say the least! As his daughter, I had a plethora of questions, all of which were graciously answered by Kirstyn thereby easing my concerns. She expertly guided him to select his perfect new apartment. We moved my mom to the Enclave when it first opened in September, 2016. The staff are caring, observant and very accommodating to the needs of the residents and their families. The facility is brand new, so everything is fresh, neat and clean. My mother still enjoys playing card games and scrabble, especially. Often, when no other residents are around to play, staff will sit with her and play. A great second family environment!
This is a wonderful place to visit. It's fresh and the receptionist immediately offers coffee or tea. Two fireplaces are glowing in two reception areas and it's welcoming and cozy. Tammy, who showed us around, was professional and warm and skilled. The facility is tastefully decorated and I wanted to sit and stay awhile, but I wasn't sure which place was better because there were pleasant places to sit everywhere -- even in the halls. As an employee with this company, I can personally say that this is a great community place. Not only is this a beautiful place to live, but the entire staff are nice and treat each other with respect , but they are also very respectful and go out of their way to assist those living there when needed. And also, as an employer, you couldn't ask for a better place for employment. I intend to be there as long as I possibly can.

After 2 1/2 years, I'm still amazed by The Homestead! Gorgeous setting in all seasons, superb facility design/lay-out and décor, welcoming, light airy feel...and that's just the "hardware"! Management & staff are superb, caring, courteous & respectful. Our loved one had a difficult winter and the extra care-providers were the best! Great food in a lovely dining room has become the highlight of Mom's days. Yes, The Homestead is HOME in all the best sense!
The facility was very clean and everyone was very accommodating and welcoming.
When looking for a place for your retired loved one, the Homestead is first class. My father considered it home from the first day there. We were always pleased with the cleanliness, and caring staff... and he loved the food.
