Thank you so much for allowing us to come in and make trucker hats with all your residents! The staff was absolutely amazing and very caring. They treated the residents With so much love, care and compassion. They took the time to help each one of them design Their individual hats to them specifically. The Homestead staff has made my parents feel welcome in their new home and have been extremely patient in helping them transition into their new lifestyle!
We moved my Dad in nearly a month ago. The transition has been very smooth coming from his own home to an assisted living facility. The staff is attentive and compassionate to the needs of the residents. I've dropped in at all hours of the day and there is always something going on. Whether it's an activity, craft project or just coffee and bird/turtle watching on the patio. We are so happy that Homestead was an option for Dad- He is enjoying his new HOME!
Director Casey is amazing! She takes pride in what she does and strives to accomplish a safe, homelike environment for everyone! She is fantastic at working hard to keep staff supplied with continuous training and support to ensure residents have the best care possible! We love Homestead in Wellington Ks!
The best choice for assisted living in the area. The staff is caring and makes each resident feel "at home". Supportive and caring staff, numerous activities (bingo, crafting, table tennis and more), healthy meals, an in-house hair salon, church services, family dinners, and visiting entertainment; I have been pleased with all aspects of Homestead Assisted Living of Wellington.
