This is a place I would recommend to anyone. Sam is a great administrator and communicates very well. She also has a huge place in her heart for older adults and you can tell! I had discussions with her about my mother-in-law possibly moving in and she was great at answering my questions. They have great activities to keep the tenants active and engaged and just an overall positive environment for tenants to thrive in.

I cannot say enough good things about Homestead of Albia Assisted Living. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell this facility truly cares about its residents. The entire building is always incredibly clean, fresh, and well-maintained. I will say it is amazing seeing homestead of Albia change for the better. The new directors and team go above and beyond! This place is definitely running smoothly and not in shambles anymore. Pat on the back to all the hard working staff.

My mom has lived at Homestead for over a year now I must say with all of the changes they have made with the new Director Sam Nurse Sonya Activities Director Hannah and the staff that have been there for so long and working with the changes that are being made Thanks for being a team player This place is where you would want your family member to be I can say knowing my mom is happy healthy and safe is a peace of mind for her children and the ones that also love her Thank you to all the staff for all you do
