My experience with Gene and Sue was excellent. HomeState's expenses were the lowest of all the lenders I checked. Gene was able to get me the best rate possible, below all the other lenders I worked with. When I hit a snag closing our loan due to an issue with the sellers I was buying a home from, Gene and Susan came up with solutions to help me out. I will use HomeState again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent experience working with Gene and Homestate Mortgage. I spoke with a few other options before calling Gene (who was recommended by a friend) and Gene was able to get me a better deal than the others.
