Notified the branch manager, Hal Smith, that our loan documents were not correct the week of closing. He assured us that they would be when we got to closing. They were still incorrect when we went to close. Now 3 days later and have not been able to get anyone from Homestar to respond to our messages or even simply offer an apology. Would not recommend Homestar, particularly the Destin branch managed by Hal Smith to anyone.
