Everyone is always very nice and polite. Willing to help in any way they can. Out of all the banks I've banked at Midland is the only one that goes well beyond to do what they can.
We have had nothing but problems with this bank since Midland bought out Homestar Bank. The "Managers" are just glorified tellers. Customer service is terrible. I'm closing my account.
It will be a year in May that I've been your costumer and I have no complaints I love the security Meares they offer.
