Awful, do not ever open an account with them. I've never left a review for any company, good or bad. They are the absolute worst.
The bank is good but it gets a 2 star reduction because their drive through deposit speakers are trash. I makes it very frustrating to communicate when your speakers cut out every other word.
Worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Dont waste your time on this bank, they’ll screw you over in the long run and they’re extremely rude to deal with. If you call customer service to deal with anything you can never get ahold of an actual person.
A 2.5 star review that I'm adding to... These people deal with our money & personal identification, & don't see that it's both ways it works.. they have a job ONLY if we come to them. They closed my account without me knowing, & took $100 deposit & randomly chose someone with same last name to deposit money to. I had to wait for following Monday to ask where my money was, & a thin blonde with NO NAME TAG (2nd strike) gives me a slip with an account number not mine, to fill out to get my money back.
