Found exactly what I was looking for. Great prices, plus great service. Douglas (Dougie) in particular. The check out clerk was friendly/ professional too. Good help is hard to find but this store did it.
A young Lady and her husband was trying to purchase a carpet the same time I was, and an associate came around the corner and said they could not touch the rugs rolled up because it was a safety issue, and they were still “processing”. There are no signs stating do not enter or caution, AND the rugs had tags on them. as I watched, the gentleman who did not have a name tag on middle aged black guy with an earpiece in, went on to complain that the reason they weren’t processed was because his shoulders hurt and he got two truc... read more
Love the store, but the couple of times I've been there, one of the employees, Erika, was downright rude to her coworkers. She has no respect for them! If she speaks that way in front of customers, God only knows how demeaning she is at other times. Someone please have a word with her, because I was so close to saying something to her when I was there.
