Nice store but everything they have is the same as home goods. Why have two different stores that sell the same stuff?
This is one of my favorite shops. I'm always going over budget! Everything in one place!
Whoever is employed to talk to customers/employees, over the phone, does a horrible job. They are rude and inconsiderate. They made me feel like I was a nuisance for even calling. I asked 1 question and she made me feel stupid for even asking it. I love this store and it’s an absolute shame the person answering the phone reacts this way.
Newport News store creates a well organized shopping experience! The staff is friendly and the products are crying to take them home with you. I recommend praying for what you need and then shop at Homesense. There it is!
