Purchased 2 leather recliners. They said I could pick them up in 3 days. If I needed to extend it a day to call them and let them know who is coming to pick them up. I’ve called 4 times staying on the phone long waiting for someone to pick up. No one picked up in the three days I have been trying to contact them. Worst experience ever at Home Sense. Of all the Home Sense stores I have visited this one off Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC was the worst. The ladies behind the register severely lacked Customer Service Skills. The young lady that checked me out was rude and seemed bothered at the fact that I was in her line. The lady at the register to my left was dismissing customer for coming to her register when she called them to come up. Frequent here regularly. Always clean and organized. They cycle through products pretty quick, so it’s a good stroll through every couple weeks.
Home goods store similar to Marshalls and home goods.
Maggie the cashier we had today, she deserves a raise. She is just a ray of sunshine 🌞. She enjoys her job and enjoys people... it is very refreshing. The store is great too... never been to a homesense, they are very well stocked and have a beautiful selection of lamps and yard items in particular. And if you like the food aisle at tj maxx, this is on another level!
