Love this location - can usually find stuff here that sold out at homegoods and Tjmaxx (like holiday decor or gift wrapping items such as boxes or baskets). Clearance section is usually better here the at homegoods/tjmaxx with lower prices then the other two stores.
Today we visited HomeSense Northborough and had a very disappointing experience. We found a rug we really liked for $200 and also selected a pair of rotating high stools. Just as we were about to take everything to the billing counter, we noticed that one of the stools was clearly wobbling. It was not a minor issue — the defect was obvious. Even the customer service employee who came to help us agreed that it was a defective piece.
