I am disappointed with my experience at the HomeSense store in Port St. Lucie. I tried to return a pan with my receipt because I was unhappy with its quality, but the store manager, Jessica, refused the return because it had been used. How is a customer supposed to know the quality of a pan without actually cooking with it? The only way to evaluate cookware is to use it. Bad experience and customer relations, Was at the store today 6.18.2026 and really liked a lamp and the price was affordable $39.99. I went to the cashier to pay and the cashier didn’t scan the $39.99 it entered $99.99 but I don’t know 🤷♀️ where she got the price from since it was tagged $39.99. I told her that’s not the price and the price states $39.99. She then proceeded to say it was the wrong tag . Totally understand that but it was tagged $39.99 and not $99.99.
