Dear HomeSense Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent in-store experience. I have always loved shopping at HomeSense, which is why this situation was particularly upsetting. Recently, I purchased two chairs and two barstools. Because of space limitations, I initially took one chair and returned the following day for the second chair and the barstools. I went to the store to find a birthday bag and card. Of course walking the store you find other things. I get on the line to purchase my items. There were a few customers on the line and only one cashier. I am so use to the parent company TJX will call another cashier so customers are not waiting long. I get to the cashier and not the best experience.
