Employees were nice, but manager would no let us return an item. We bought it at another location and we were told to take it back there because they wouldn’t take it. Had the receipt and purchase was made only a few days before. Other store manager said it would be no problem but apparently it’s just make up policy as you go. UPDATE: Took it back to the other store. Other manager took it no questions asked. Was just the other manager deciding that it wasn’t her problem.
I noticed a new Home store called Home Sense in the Northwoods Shopping Center. I loved the selection. It has so many essentials for the home. I was just going to look. I ended up with coasters, coffee and tea flavors, pillows and a beautiful blue swivel chair. Fabio who helped me with the chair arranges and picks up the furniture that is bought and stores it.
