I had a cart of a few small things. I spent an hour in there carefully picking things out. In a second my cart and items had disappeared. Someone directed me to a gentleman that was the manager. Apparently he returned everything to the shelves and scolded me like a child for leaving my cart in the middle of the walkway. Bought an outdoor/indoor rug for my deck in April. By early June the blue dye on the rug was turning into loose blue dust, sticking to everything (feet, my dog etc). When I took the rug back to HomeSense then the manager claimed that the rug I had (photo 1) was not the same rug as they had sold (photo 2, taken at HS on day of purchase), and I was making the whole story up in order to scam $50 from them. Safe to say, I won't be shopping there in the future.
