I had an amazing experience at the HomeSense location. I recently purchased a beautiful buffet-style piece, and the level of customer service truly stood out. The floor employees were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by assisting me in loading the furniture into my car. Bought tile for bathroom remodel and renovation. Prices are reasonable. Professional personnel. Only one thing if you wank to pick up same day get ready to wait one hour from the moment you paid till you package would be ready.
Stephon did a GREAT job in assisting us to find the perfect lamps. He even took one lamp to the back to tighten a couple loose fittings and to confirm the light actually worked!! Great customer service! Hire more like him!
